Is it actually a free membership?
Yes. It is free to use. We want administrators to use the site to enrich and enhance their schools. We also want you to make the highest percentage possible on your work.
Is it recommended to post free items?
Remember, you want other administrators to get a feel for how you organize your material and programs. If they like what you have they will be willing to purchase your materials and your experience.
What is the fee structure?
Each member receives a 70% royalty on each of their sales minus a $0.30 transaction fee (charged by Paypal).
Example: If you sell a $5.00 item, you will receive a $3.20 credit in your Paypal account. ($5.00 x 70% = $3.50 - $0.30 = $3.20).
What is the minimum price for an item on the site?
Do I have to have a Paypal account to use this site?
Yes. This is the only way to earn royalties on products that you sell.
How do I create a profile?
Simply go to www.schooladmintools.com and enter your information to create a profile
How do I upload a file to my profile?
We have made it easy for you. Once you have logged in, click on Create a New Product and choose your file.
Do I have to generate a preview/thumbnail of my item?
Not if you don't want to. We automatically create a preview of your document when you upload it.
What if I want a different preview or thumbnail?
Users have the opportunity to create any thumbnail they like to upload and use.
Can I upload a Google document?
No. You will have to use an actual document (pdf, word, etc.) on the site as opposed to a web based product like a Google Document.
